Are your canelés freshly baked?

Yes. Our canelés are baked in small batches to maintain quality, texture, and freshness.


Are your canelés halal?

Our canelés are made using halal ingredients and contain no rum, alcohol, or non-halal ingredients.

However, we currently do not hold halal certification.


Do your canelés contain alcohol or rum?

No. Our canelés do not contain rum or any alcoholic ingredients.


Do you offer assorted filled canelés?

Yes. We offer assorted filled canelés depending on availability and current menu selection.


Can I choose my own flavors?

Flavor selection depends on the product option available at the time of ordering. For special requests, you may contact us before placing your order.




Ordering


How do I place an order?

You may place your order directly through our website.

Simply choose your product, complete checkout, and follow the pickup or delivery arrangement stated.


Do you accept same-day orders?

Same-day orders are subject to availability. Since our canelés are baked in small batches, we recommend ordering in advance.


How early should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 1–2 days in advance, especially for larger orders or special occasions.


Can I order for events or corporate gifts?

Yes. We accept bulk orders, corporate gifting, and special event orders depending on availability.

Pickup & Delivery


Do you offer delivery?

Currently, our canelés are mainly available for pickup only.

Delivery via Lalamove, Grab, or other third-party delivery services can be arranged at the customer’s own cost and risk.


Can I arrange my own rider?

Yes. You may arrange your own rider for pickup.

Please ensure the rider arrives during the agreed pickup time.


Will the canelés be safe during delivery?

We will pack the canelés carefully, but once handed over to a third-party rider, we are not responsible for delays, mishandling, or damage during delivery.


Where is the pickup location?

Pickup details will be shared after your order is confirmed.


What happens if I am late for pickup?

Please inform us as soon as possible if you are running late. As canelés are best enjoyed fresh, we recommend picking them up within the agreed time.




Storage & Reheating


How long can I keep the canelés?

Canelés are best enjoyed on the same day. If needed, they can be stored in the fridge and consumed the next day.

Frozen canelés are best consumed within 1–2 weeks.


Should I refrigerate the canelés?

If you are not eating them on the same day, store them in the fridge in an airtight container.


Can I reheat the canelés?

Original canelés can be reheated in the oven at 180°C for 5–10 minutes.

Filled canelés should not be reheated, as heat may affect the filling.


Why did my canelé lose its crispiness?

Canelés naturally absorb moisture over time, especially after being stored in the fridge. This may soften the crust.

For original canelés, reheating can help restore some crispiness.

Since our canelés are made in small batches and prepared based on orders, cancellations may not be accepted once preparation has started.
